How to use

1. Pack STATEMENT from the WANDERLUST palette onto the outer eye socket with Magnetix Eyeshadow Blender.
2. Using very small circular motions, blend the colour outward to create a smokey effect.
3. Keep blending and building the colour until desired shade is achieved.
