How To:

 

1. Fill in the gaps with WING IT from the roots of the lash line and slowly build the thickness of the eyeliner to compliment your eye shape.

2. To create the cat-eye look, extend the liner by outlining the wing first and fill-in the remaining once you have your desired shape.
