Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Cost
Free Royal Mail 2nd Class UK delivery on orders over £25, orders under £25 will be charged a low fixed shipping fee for 2nd Class Signed For Delivery.
For cost to eligible countries outside the United Kingdom, please see the table at the bottom of this page.
Please note:
If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. Profusion Cosmetics has no responsibility for these charges.
Processing Time
Order are shipped with Royal Mail and typically take 1-3 working days to process and ship out.
Once an order has been processed you will be emailed a shipping confirmation.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in the form of original payment method, less any shipping & handling costs. Return postage is not provided.

Damaged items
In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, please send an email to support@profusioncosmetics.co.uk with a photo of the damage and your request for a replacement or refund and we will be happy to open a claim for you. Please note you have 14 days from receipt to request a replacement/refund for damaged items.
Processing Time
Orders typically takes 3-5 business days to process and ship out. Once an order has been processed you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking.
