1. Using the ULTRA-FINE BROW PENCIL, create small upward strokes to shape and define. Keep the outer ends of the brows darker and inner brows lighter for a more natural look.

2. Using the WATERPPROOF TINTED BROW GEL, glide the brush from the inner to outer edge of the brow.

3. Add a second coat for a fuller look.
