How to use

-Shake well before use

-Using the tip of the eyeliner, draw from the inner to the outer corner of the eye staying as close as possible to the lash line.

-To give your eyes a bigger appearance, extend the liner just past your waterline

-Use our Lash Out Loud Mascara to complete your look or you can even add some glitter to really stand out from the crowed using our Glitter Gems Pressed Glitter Palettes.
